It can be a difficult and lonely experience becoming a mom, regardless of whether or not you have support. Your hormones are raging and so are your emotions. It was the first time I felt conflicting feelings simultaneously; happy yet sad, excited yet scared, symbiotic yet alone. It was hard to put my emotions and the entire experience into words.
